History of Earl A. Hollis

Earl A. Hollis and his mother relocated from Jackson Heights, New York to Palm Beach in 1947, where she opened a real estate agency at 130 Worth Avenue. After gaining experience from his bold & brilliant mother, Earl decided to establish his own brokerage.

Since 1956, Earl has been the owner and operator of his successful boutique real estate firm, "Earl A. Hollis, Inc.," located on 217 Peruvian Avenue, Palm Beach. Earl has a special focus on finding and selling both residential and commercial properties for clients from around the world.

Throughout his career, Earl has sold numerous ocean and lakefront properties and commercial properties on Worth Avenue, including Via Mizner, Chanel, Taboo Property, Ferragamo, Chase Bank, Suntrust, and Gucci, as well as land for the Esplanade. Earl was involved in the development of the addition to Chateau Drive, and he built a condo development on Peruvian Avenue as well as two townhomes on 330-332 Brazilian Avenue.

With 60+ years of selling Palm Beach, Hollis’ expertise has earned him a reputation as one of the town's most influential business leaders and trusted advisors.
